All orders are processed in 1 business day. (Business days are Monday through Friday)

 

Delivery takes 2-6 business days depending on the customer's location.

All orders are shipped via USPS

 

Wendy’s Beauty Supply is not responsible for any damaged products, lost packages, or missing items that occurred during transit.

 

If you have not received your package 1-2 business days from the date of the expected delivery, please contact USPS to open a case on a lost package. From there you should obtain a case number and USPS will launch an investigation with the courier to locate your package.
